hi there, were having issues with multiple users on multiple version of Office, where their 0365 group mailbox is refusing to update on the DESKTOP version of Outlook. I have spot checked and this seems to be an accurate assessment of what is out there.I installed using the image right from the portal, and my understanding was that this type of installation would automatically install updates when they became available from microsoft. In addition, it contains 4 fixes for Monthly Enterprise Version 2111, and 1 fix for Semi-Annual. It contains 2 security updates which both apply to Office in general. O365BusinessRetail.EmailAddress REG_SZ inventory is showing that there are 7 versions: A new rollup update has been made available for all Click-to-Run installations of Outlook 2016, Outlook 2019, Outlook 2021 and Outlook as part of a Microsoft 365 subscription. I checked the registry for relevant keys - as far as I can tell, this is all I should need: I installed using the installation image from the portal, and my understanding is that this type of installation would automatically install updates when they are available from microsoft. Isn't it supposed to auto update? I would like people to be on the latest version, without having to click anything. Microsoft tech support just told me that end users must click the Update Now (under File>Account>Update Options) to get the latest update of office.
